Brian currently oversees Urban Square Properties’ new property construction and development portfolio, including ground up construction as well as renovation/restoration projects.

He is actively involved and committed to all aspects of real estate development and construction, from deal evaluation, acquisition, analysis, financing, design, pre-development planning, bidding process, construction, branding, marketing, operations, sales, and leasing throughout Hudson County. 

Since becoming a developer in 1999, Brian has directed numerous new project acquisition and development projects throughout Hudson County.  In addition to specializing in custom design building he is also highly involved in restoration of stylish pre-war town homes.   His development also has a focus and commitment to building energy-efficient homes and takes its building program to the next level by meeting high efficiency standards, which offers significant long term savings and is also built to leave a smaller carbon footprint on the environment
